| We ship ALL orders (including specials) FREIGHT
FREE within Australia. Australian orders are shipped by Parcel Post with
Australia Post unless otherwise specified: eg. Express Post, Courier
Service. International orders are shipped by Air Mail with Australia Post. A
note re Australian GST: Prices displayed on this site do not include GST as
our site is used by people all over the world. Our secure shopping centre
recognizes Australian shipping addresses and automatically adds GST to your
order when proceeding through the checkout. This tax does not apply to
orders shipped outside Australia. |

| Order Processing and Shipping |
| After finalizing your order you will receive a
confirmation that your order has been delivered to us, the merchant. We
endeavour to process and ship all orders within 1 working day unless stock
is temporarily unavailable, in which case you will be advised by return
Email. We use Australia Post as our main carrier for domestic and
International Orders. Express Post is available within Australia for an
additional surcharge. International shipping rates are calculated according
to the weight of items as you proceed through the checkout. ECI Courier is
available internationally on request for an additional $40 - charge to be
confirmed by email before sending. |

| Charging & Discount Policy |
| Credit Cards are NOT PROCESSED ONLINE. Your
credit card details are immediately forwarded to us through special secure
encryption, however we do not process the invoiced amount until ready to
dispatch. Preferred Customer Discounts are not automatically deducted by our
shopping facility however discounts will be applied before charging and
shipping. Please note: Preferred Customer Discounts do not apply to items
that are already advertised at special prices |
